Program Supervisor

Role and Responsibility within Organization

  • A clinical position which entails the case management of client treatment

       programs

Duties

  • Conducts functional assessments

  • Develops behavior intervention plans (BIP)

  • Develops individuallized goals

  • Conducts parent and staff training

  • Analyzes data

  • Monitors implementation of intervention plans

  • Modifies intervention plans

  • Trains and supervises clinical staff

  • Writes assessment and progress reports

  • Attends on-going staff trainings, team meetings, and lectures

Minimum Qualifications

  • A minimum of a master's degree

  • Active BCBA certification

  • At least 2 years of experience developing, implementing, and monitoring behavioral intervention programs for individuals with ASD, as well as training others in the implementation of these programs. At least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role is preferred.

Program Consultant

Role and Responsibility within Organization

  • A clinical position which entails the case management of client treatment programs, while under the supervision of the Program Supervisors

Duties

  • Conducts parent and staff training

  • Analyzes data

  • Monitors the implementation of intervention plans

  • Modifies intervention plans

  • Writes assessment and progress reports

  • Attends on-going staff trainings, team meetings, and lectures

  • At least 2 years of experience developing, implementing, and monitoring behavioral intervention programs for individuals with ASD, as well as training others in the implementation of these programs. At least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role is preferred.

 
Senior Behavior Interventionist

Role and Responsibility within Organization

  • A clinical position which entails providing behavioral intervention services to clients, as well as assisting the Program Supervisor and/or Consultant with the clinical and administrative management of client cases.

Duties

  • Assists the Program Supervisor and/or Program Consultant in:

    • Training, supervising, and evaluating Behavior Interventionists

    • Developing individualized programs and procedures for clients to teach skill deficits and replace behavioral excesses

    • Setting agendas and leading team meetings with clients' families and JBA staff

    • Analyzing data and providing treatment modification recommendations

  • Implements one-to-one behavioral intervention

  • Acts as a liaison between clients' families and the Program Supervisor and/or Program Consultant

  • Attends team and programming meetings with Program Consultant and Program Supervisor as well as attending on-going staff training and lectures

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma but bachelor’s degree or proof of enrollment in college courses preferred

  • At least 6 months experience implementing behavioral interventions with individuals with ASD

  • Must meet requirements of Behavior Interventionist

 
Behavior Interventionist

Role and Responsibility within Organization

  • A clinical position which entails providing one-to-one behavioral intervention services to clients

Duties

  • Implements one-to-one behavioral intervention with clients in their homes, school, and community

  • Documents data and progress of sessions

  • Attends and participates in team meetings and on-going training lectures

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma but a bachelor's degree or proof of enrollment in college courses preferred
